Sandra Clamon LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Trauma Therapist

My priority is your well-being

Are you caught in a downward spiral of thoughts and emotions? Do you often feel stuck or left out? If so, I am Sandra Clemon, and I want to support you on your journey of self-discovery and self-purpose. Past traumatic experiences can affect the way we process new experiences and information. The inability to process new experiences can create serious consequences for you and your life.

My priority is your well-being. It will not always be easy to develop skills to manage unwanted thoughts and feelings related to traumatic experiences. I believe it is important to challenge my clients and get out of their comfort zone to grow. With my help, I will help you overcome the cycle of anxiety, anger, depression, or PTSD. This is not a 1-day fix, you must be willing to take the time to invest in yourself. Remember, you are not alone.

I became a therapist after I was discharged from the military and had to learn how to care for my combat injured husband and my own combat wounds. Through learning how to care for us, I found my passion to be there for others in need. This passion became my mission. My mission is to be there for others who lived what my family and I have.

Sandra is now accepting new clients with out-of-network insurance and BCBS.
